Radek Werich is Now Officially a Master of Laws
We are delighted to congratulate our longtime colleague Radek Werich on obtaining his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Banking and Finance Law with Merit from the University of London.
Over the past 15 years, Radek has advised on numerous financing transactions, an experience that inspired him to gain additional academic insight into syndicated loans and project financing. We appreciate his dedication and wish him continued success in his legal career.

Public Auctions Made Easier
The new Public Auctions Act introduces key changes to the auction process, particularly in real estate transactions. The Act also encourages digitalization through a Central Public Auction Register, improving transparency. Auctioneers will face stricter licensing requirements and penalties for non-compliance, aimed at ensuring transparency and efficiency in the auction market.
