Jitka Sytařová is partner and founding member of Giese & Partner. Since more than 20 years Jitka has advised clients in national and cross-border transactions with a focus on real estate, financing, corporate and M&A projects. She received a master degree from the School of Law at Charles University in Prague and an LL.M. degree at the University of Passau.
